I have more than 20 years of management and leadership experience, including more than 18 years in project and program management. I have proven the success of project management in the areas of IT services and outsourcing. I have led direct reporting teams of more than 60 management and non-management resources and project teams involving contractors, vendors, executives and external consultants.
One of my key goals and motivations is to implement the PMI project management philosophy and a PMI-based project management methodology in my company and my daily work. I created MP4PM in order to pass this enthusiasm on to you.
Knowledge and Expertise
My main focus in the last 18 years has been project and program management as well as PMO. The skills I have developed as a project manager and PMO leader in the IT services and outsourcing business have led to a passion for PMI's project management philosophy. I have already obtained my PMP certification in August 2015 while I am a PMP in good standing and have just extended the validation of accreditation until 2024. I am an enthusiastic PMP and PMI promoter.
This was the driver for the development of the MP4PM framework, with which everyone can apply the processes and principles of the PMBoK Guide in their daily work and even in life!
